ServiceMASTER Commercial Building Cleaning is a privately owned and operated commercial contract cleaning company that specializes in servicing facilities that require high standards of cleanliness. The facilities we clean include healthcare facilities, call center buildings, corporate headquarters, bank branches, manufacturing plants, operations centers, schools, and churches throughout the Omaha-Council Bluffs area.
Founded in 1992, we have the most experienced and knowledgeable operations staff in the Omaha-Council Bluffs market. Our operations management team averages 7 years of service with our company which, along with the help of our 115 employees, has propelled us from servicing a mere 3 buildings at inception to upwards of 130.
We believe our local ownership and experienced management staff is what sets us apart from our competition. We are small enough that customers have immediate access to and involvement from the owner and top managers in the company. Yet, we are large enough to take on accounts of any size or scope. In addition, our affiliation with our franchisor ServiceMASTER Clean® provides us with access to technology and best practices of a much larger company.
Renee Acker, Vice President
Renee Acker, Vice President, began her career with ServiceMaster Commercial Building Cleaning in 2008 as a Operation Manager. In December of 2012 she became Vice-President of ServiceMASTER Clean along with her husband Keith. Renee manages the financial records, bookkeeping, payroll, human resource department, and all other customer relations on a daily basis.
Keith Acker, President
Keith Acker, President, brings a wealth of experience in management and customer service to ServiceMASTER Commercial Building Cleaning. He’s previously worked for PepsiCo in the fast food business as well as Pilot Oil, where he managed Truck Stop Operations. Keith started with ServiceMaster Commercial Building cleaning in June of 2000 as an Operations Manager. In 2009, Keith became a business partner with Dick Stemm and transitioned to full Owner in December of 2012.
Michelle Garcia, Operations Manager
Michelle Garcia, Operations Manager, brings her passion for customers and her drive to succeed in providing excellent services to ServiceMASTER Commercial Building Cleaning. Her previous experience includes 16 years of strong customer focused retail management. Although a different avenue, the goal remains the same: To deliver excellent results and maintain outstanding relationships with all of our clients and customers.
Shawn Corbin, Director of Operations
Shawn Corbin, Director of Operations, has been in a leadership position for over 20 years. During his time in the US Navy and as a Supervisor at PayPal for 10 years, Shawn has a proven track record to get the most out of his employees. His clients receiving the best customer care is one of Shawn's utmost important business practices. Shawn was hired in May of 2013 as an Operations Manager and took the roll of Director of Operations in 2015. Shawn continues to oversee the day-to-day operations while still managing a tremendous relationship with each of our clients.
In March of 1992, Dick and Colette Stemm purchased a janitorial service franchise from ServiceMASTER Clean®. Aiming to build a company that would meet or exceed their Omaha-area customers’ expectations, Dick and Collette operated as sole proprietors, assembling a team of professionals dedicated to their cause. The rest is quite the success story.
In 1994, Dick and Colette incorporated their flourishing business to become Stemm Resources, Inc., d/b/a ServiceMASTER Commercial Building Cleaning. Prior to this venture, Dick had worked in operations and customer service at U.S. West Communications for 28 years as a middle-level manager directing staffs of up to 800 people.
Over the years, ServiceMASTER Commercial Building Cleaning has evolved to become a leader and innovator in the janitorial and floor care service industry. Our team of qualified employees has established a reputation for exceptional service in the Omaha-Council Bluffs area, and we continue to improve the quality of what we do through training programs, technology, and feedback from our loyal customers.
